- Oversee and manage house accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and manage the sales inbox, ensuring all inquiries and orders are addressed promptly.
- Respond to customer emails and answer phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate orders with the design team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Assist the Order Processor with various tasks, including sending quotes, replenishing stock lines, and checking orders before processing.
- Communicate and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Perform other related duties as required to support the sales team and overall business operations.
- At least 12-18 months experience as a Sales Administrator.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- IT competency, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Team player and able to work on own initiative and independently.
- Ready to start immediately.
