  • Lead and support the repairs team to meet service standards

  • Monitor budhets, schedules and project outcomes
  • Reporting to Head Of Assets

Profile

  • Proven expeirence in a similar role within Social Housing
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and contractor performance effectively
  • A customer first approach to service delivery
