It's a site-based HSE Manager role in the West Midlands, reporting to the site leadership (not Group). You would get to use your experience in manufacturing H&S management to establish the core functions you would expect a mature factory to have (KPI dashboard, leading metrics, safety committee) and really leave a lasting legacy at the site.
More importantly, this is another opportunity for you to deliver a cultural change in the attitude to safety on site, moving from a dependent culture to one where everyone plays a part.
