Job title: Concierge Supervisor
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 35 hours 9-5 (Monday-Friday)
Hourly rate: 21-23ph via umbrella
Contract type: Temporary Contract till March 2025
Responsibilities of a Concierge Supervisor are:
- Manage 8 members of staff over three schemes
- Deal with customer complaints
- Monitor money to make sure you are within the budget
- Ensure all staff are using relevant PPE and Equipment
Successful Concierge Supervisor must have:
- Management or supervision experience within a Housing association role
- A full U.K Driving licence
- Ability to communicate Successfully
- Basic DBS Required
