Are you an experienced HR individual looking to step up and progress within your career?
GRG are pleased to be exclusively recruiting an experienced HR Advisor working for a leading manufacturing organisation.
This role reports directly into the Senior HR Advisor and is a combination of operational day to day support and supporting the wider HR strategy.
Responsibilities:
- First POC for all general HR queries
- Employee relations - dealing with 1st stage enquiries and low level ER case management such as absences, performance management, exit processes
- Managing absence data reporting
- Support HR Shared Service Function
- Supporting HR Projects
- Policy and Compliance
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Employee Engagement
About You:
- Experience HR Advisor / Officer / Generalist
- Experience working within a manufacturing / industrial setting
- Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified. Ideally working towards or achieved Level 5 CIPD
- Forward thinking
- Proactive
- Impeccable communication skills
