  • Our client is looking for an experienced project manager to work in their Health and Care. The Project Manager will support the Programme lead in the continued implementation and additional functionality deployment across the Black Country.
Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a client in the West Midlands, they require an experienced Project Manager with experience managing projects within a care and medical field, to work in their established team.Role:                    Project ManagerHours:                 Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours a week)Salary:                 £43742.00 to £50056.00 per annumLocation:              West Midlands Our client is looking for an experienced project manager to work in their Health and Care. The Project Manager will support the Programme lead in the continued implementation and additional functionality deployment across the Black Country.A shared Care platform that also spans their neighbouring offices in Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin so experience of working across multiple organisations and systems is essential. Duties will include: -
  • Producing project documentation
  • Day to day supervision of Senior Officer IT & Digital Implementation
  • Liaison with suppliers and providers
  • Data integration from partner organisations primary clinical systems
  • Data enhancements to include pathology and radiology
  • Technical specialist for the delivery of the wider programme
  • Project manage data integration workstream reporting exceptions, managing risks and issues
  • Stakeholder management including supporting partner organisations to deliver to agreed timescales
  • Monitoring and Reporting (outcomes, status, highlights, exceptions, risks, issues and mitigations etc)
  • Technical contact for all workstream leads
  • Developing and maintaining project plans and project documentation (relating to data integration)
  • Completion of integrating data across all
  • Development of future data integration plans i.e. to onboard future partners (care homes, hospices) and data enhancement increasing the scope and richness of the shared care record
  • On-boarding of additional organisations
  • Risk and Issue management
