We are looking for experienced administrators who are interested in working in the recycling and environmental sustainability industry. You will be assisting and supporting all activities carried out by the Environment Team.

This role will involve travelling to various sites across the UK so a driving license is essential.
This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administration support to the Environment Team
- Inputting of all Environment related requirements into the EHS Management System
- Generating reports from the EHS Management System
- Tracking actions and following up on support requirements to the business
- Arranging Environment training for the business units when required
- Updating Environment Management System documents when required
- Maintaining and updating Environment records on sharepoint system
- Provide support to the business with regards routine regulatory reporting
- Support in reviewing and updating permit and associated documents
- Deal with incoming enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate personal responsibility for, and ensure compliance with, all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives within team
- Promote diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork, and ensure all workers within team are treated fairly and equitably
- Manage costs in line with budgetary requirements and financial policies and procedures
- Support and recommend continuous improvement initiatives and foster compliance with quality requirements
- Support and ensure team compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Cultivate well-trained workforce, including support of performance-management and career-development initiatives
About You (Key Skills/Competencies)
- Proven track record administration in an industrial operations environment
- Strong IT skills comprising Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint - training will be given on Company specific software systems
