Job Title – CAD Designer
Location - West Bromwich
Salary - £25-27K / annum
Hours - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to FridayÂ
This is an excellent opportunity for a CAD Designer to join the team of a leading manufacturing company based in West Bromwich. Trainees with relevant qualifications and skills will be considered for the position.
The main duties include:
- Creating production-ready designs of the company's full range of products using their suite of design software
- Preparing drawing/document packs
- Preparing drawing registers and issue sheets to accompany designs
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Supporting Estimating, Customer Service & Manufacturing Teams in managing the flow of information through the business
Requirements
- Technical design related qualification and/ or experience.
- Experience working within a fast paced environment desirable (ideally manufacturing).
- Good knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone manner / good communication skills
