- Diagnose, service, and repair a range of powered access equipment both at the depot and on customer sites.
- Exhibit excellent fault diagnosis and repair capabilities, working independently or as part of a skilled team.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of all equipment and products.
- Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Undertake equipment and product refurbishments as needed.
- Foster teamwork across all depots to ensure optimal workshop performance.
- Coordinate with Depot and Engineering Management for spare parts to ensure cost-effective repairs.
- Ensure the service van is fully stocked with necessary spare parts at all times.
- Maintain service records according to company standards.
- Comply with the company's Health & Safety guidelines.
- Follow the damage recharge process to ensure all damages are appropriately documented.
- Achieve maximum productivity in line with company targets.
- Represent the company professionally, upholding its values to customers and others encountered during your work.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Hold relevant qualifications and have proven experience in the Construction Industry.
- Experienced in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostic fault finding.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage pressure effectively.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Hold a clean driving licence as you will be field based travelling to clients.
