The Mechanical Manager Role
As the Mechanical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering departments, managing a team of 25 skilled professionals. Your key duties will include:
- Providing overall leadership and direction to the Mechanical Maintenance and Mechanical Project Engineering teams
- Ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance across all operations

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for this Mechanical Manager role will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A Mechanical Engineering HNC or degree-level qualification
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Proven expertise in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Excellent personnel management and communication skills
- A flexible, adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities and changing operational needs
