Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is the owner of a small business in West Bromwich, seeking a personal assistant to support with a combination of business and personal administrative tasks. This position will be stand alone, not within the business but working directly for the Owner and their needs.
The Personal Assistant to Business Owner will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Monitoring and actioning email correspondence on behalf of the Business Owner
- Managing the Business Owner's diary, both with business and personal appointments
- Handling home transactions for the Business Owner (bills, council tax, utilities)
- Managing and analysing spreadsheets of data
- Filing, scanning, generic admin
- Travel arrangements
- Additional duties to support the Business Owner and manage their time
The Ideal candidate will have:
- A professional and mature approach to work
- A strong sense of initiative and efficiency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience supporting an individual or number of individuals in either a business or personal setting
- Ability to commute full time in the office in West Bromwich
