- Maintain, support and contribute to the continuous development of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet operational and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to complaint investigations, root cause analysis and report writing.
- Manage the Supplier Appraisal Systems for the supply chain and effective resolution of non-conformities (NCRs)
- Coordinate and support the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) meetings with various departments to progress and close out CAPAs.
- Proven track record of working within Quality Assurance, ideally within the engineering/manufacturing sector
- Experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge and experience of conducting investigations, root cause analysis and report writing
- 36.25 hour working week
