HR Business Partner 

Monday to Friday 30 hours per week - Onsite 

£35,000 - £40,000 Pro rata 

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our well-established client based in West Bromwich on a Part Time permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, support performance management, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Talent Management: Drive recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Change Management: Lead HR initiatives during organizational changes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze data to provide insights and recommend improvements in HR processes.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Support managers with leadership development and employee engagement strategies.

Essential Skills

  • Previous HR Business Partner experience is essential
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective collaboration.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with leaders and employees.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex HR and business challenges.
