A reputable healthcare business based within West Bromwich are seeking a proactive individual for an Operations Manager role. If you have previous Operations or Office Manager experience, then this may be the role for you! The successful applicant will enjoy an office based role, with parking and a salary of up to 35k!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, your role will primarily be managing the day to day running of the office, however a good financial knowledge is also required for this position. Your duties could include but are not limited to tasks such as;

- Managing compliance

- Property management and reviewing tenancies, resolving building management issues, facilities

- Onboarding staff, salary reviews, sending offer letters, recruitment, organizing locum cover

- Reviewing suppliers

- Inbox management

- Processing expenses , Financial reporting , Reviewing invoices, Utilizing QuickBooks, Inputting staff payroll

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in either an operational or office manager role previously, as well as some experience with finance - specifically using QuickBooks.
