Our school, located in West Brom is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team. The school are open for Strong ECT's as well as experienced staff members and would consider the role without planning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire pupils in year 5, aligned with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
  • Utilize assessment data to track pupil progress, provide targeted support, and ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of pupils.
  • Flexibility on staff meetings.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Key Stage 2.
  • A thorough understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
