£50,000 to £60,000 + Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday

Neos Engineering are currently looking for an experienced Depot Manager to join a fast paced organisation that have incredible growth plans for 2025 and beyond!

The ideal candidate for the Depot Managher role is someone who has prior experience within a Depot Manager role, you will ideally have worked within Agriculuture, Heavy Plant, Aggregates, Demolition or Recycling industries due to the machinery & equipment the business provides is predominantly to these fields.

The day to day role of the Depot Manager is to oversee at Depot which is incredibly busy, turning over £5million per annum, for the business to achieve this they have nine drivers, workshop engineers, field engineers, admin staff and more. The candidate will be an organised, forward thinking and someone who can galvanize a team!

The Candidate:

  • 5 Years experience within a Depot Manager role
  • Have worked within Agriculture, Heavy Plant, Aggregates, Demolition or Recycling industries
  • Strong communication skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills

  • Lead and Manage the Depot
  • Identifying and managing personnel development needs
  • Managing performance effectively
  • Setting appropriate objectives
  • Identifying issues
  • Ensuring management processes are executed appropriately to achieve resolution.
