Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across all primary year groups.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school cultures.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher or create engaging lessons when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with school staff to support the academic and social development of pupils.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching across all primary year groups.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments swiftly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as the role requires travel between different schools within Sandwell.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
