Tier one Multi disciplinary contractor with a nationwide presence in the utilities, waste, renewable energy and heavy civils sectors ugently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a hybrd basis. Ideally wiil be based 3 days on site and 2 days remotely.
We require a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor with a solid and strong main contracting background working for Tier one main contracctors in the Civils, MEP or main contracting space.
We need a Senior Quantity Surveyorto bolster the Commercial lead on site. Final contract sum is likely to be double hence why we need someone competent in contracts administration, cost control, variations, price change etc ideally on self delivery projects.
We have an enormous amount of work with this contractor nationwide acrossmultiple verticals in the built environment.
You will be able to illustrate a strong contracting experience with a solid career path. Whislt we appreciate this is a contract role candidates that demonstrate multiple contract roles with contract periods of a couple of months are not going to be a suitable fit. We need individuals that can demonstrate completing projects or close to completion.
