ASB and Safeguarding Officer
Temporary
Mon-Fri/ 35 hours
Birmingham ( hybrid working)
23-26ph paid weekly via umbrella
As an ASB and Safeguarding officer, you will be:
- Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
- Managing a case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
- Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
- Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
- Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team
As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:
- Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
- Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
- Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
- Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
- Experience using the Northgate system
- A Full UK Driving Licence
