**Exciting Opportunity: Junior Maintenance Engineer (West Bromwich, West Midlands)**
Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business based in West Bromwich, West Midlands.
The working hours for this role will be 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday, and the annual salary would be up to £30,000 per annum (DOE).
The hiring manager is looking for someone who is slightly more Electrically biased, 17th or 18th Edition would be preferred.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who has some limited Maintenance Engineering experience and would like to develop their skill set further, or for someone who is looking for their first role as a Maintenance Engineer.
**What You Will Do:**
- Carry out essential maintenance and repair work across the site, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support site planned maintenance inspections to uphold high standards.
- Contribute to repairs on site equipment, minimizing production downtime.
- Assist with equipment breakdowns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Engage in weekly strip and clean down of production equipment, maintaining optimal functionality.
- Embrace additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the team's success.
