Your new role
Your role as a Domestic Abuse Support worker will be to work in the community, supporting victims of domestic violence and abuse in Sandwell through a range of arrangements which are designed for individuals based on risk assessments that are completed. The role supports the empowerment of victims/survivors, assisting them to recognise the dynamics of domestic abuse in their own situation through one to one support and group work, to help them regain control of their lives.
