This is an exciting time to join Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council's Social Care Team, who are looking to recruit Social Workers for a Borough wide Hospital & Intermediate Care Team operating a 7-day service and working on Bank Holidays.
Your new role
This is a great opportunity within the Hospital 2 Home team, which is open to individuals who are flexible, innovative and have a proven track record of partnership working, working under pressure and have great attention to detail.You will work from various locations and will be responsible for supporting the timely discharge of people from hospital into intermediate care settings. This is a full time position with competitive rates.
What you'll need to succeed
Sandwell are looking for a Committed and thorough Qualified Social Worker who is motivated and flexible with high professional standards and knowledge and experience of current legislation.
