This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless configuration and deployment of PCs and laptops for various clients across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- PC and Laptop Builds:Assemble and configure PCs and laptops based on client specifications, ensuring each build meets exacting standards and performance requirements.
- Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of hardware and software to guarantee reliability and performance before deployment.
- Client Interaction:Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all builds, including specifications, configurations, and testing results.
- Inventory Management:Manage and track inventory of components and peripherals to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues that arise during the build process.
- Adherence to Timescales:Work within set timescales and SLAs to ensure timely delivery of builds, without compromising on quality.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to continually improve build processes and solutions.
