Job Summary:We seek a detail-oriented Transport Administrator to support our logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate transportation activities.
- Maintain transport records, including driver logs and delivery documentation.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and process transportation documents.
- Monitor transportation performance and resolve issues.
- Assist in route planning and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks and support the transport team.
Requirements:
- Experience in transport or logistics administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of transport regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience with logistics software.
- Export logistics experience
- Familiarity with customs procedures.

Working Hours - 8:30am - 5pm (Mon - Thurs) & 8:30am - 4:30pm (Friday)
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 per annum
25 days annual leave (January - December)
