An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to run a growing business based in the Bearwood area.

A candidate with exceptional management and people skills, bar experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional service is what we are searching for.

Duties will include (but not limited to)

You must have extensive experience in running an amusement complex on a day to day basis
Generate staff rotas so all hours of opening are covered.
Build a team of employees capable of delivering a first class service
Responsible for all aspects of health & safety
Ability to work on the weekends, holidays, and in the evenings as required.
Organise promotional activities
Overtime required to suit business needs

The position is permanent

Salary is 30,000 + dependant on experience
