Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

- Support children in their personal, social, and emotional development, promoting a sense of belonging and independence.
- Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate active learning experiences.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing timely feedback to parents and implementing necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
- Uphold the school's policies, procedures, and standards of behavior.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a focus on early years education.
- Proven experience working with reception-aged children, preferably within a school setting.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and the ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
- A nurturing and patient approach to working with young children.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
