Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the school's policies, procedures, and standards of behavior.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a focus on early years education.
  • Proven experience working with reception-aged children, preferably within a school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creativity and the ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • A nurturing and patient approach to working with young children.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
