Our client, a well-established business within the West Bromwich area, are currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Co-Ordinator to join their team. As a Transport Co-Ordinator you will be faced with a range of duties to ensure the smooth running within the Transport department.

Main job responsibilities:
- To direct and support drivers when needed.
- Produce reports as and when needed.
- Answering telephones.
- Check driver’s licenses to ensure they’re suitable to drive.
- Plan drivers journeys accordingly and in a timely manner.
- Inspect vehicle cleanliness after journeys.
- Taking bookings and managing the diary.
Person specification:
- Understanding of O license requirements.
- Familiar with R2C/RHA/Navman/Autonis/TN360
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous transport experience is a must.
