This isn't your average graduate role. As part of the Technical Team, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring the fresh produce we grow, source, process, and package meets the highest standards in Legal, Safety, Quality, Ethical, and Sustainability benchmarks.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assessing and making decisions on product quality, seasonality, and compliance
  • Managing and maintaining accurate supplier records to ensure full due diligence
  • Engaging with suppliers to drive improvements in ethical, quality, and sustainability standards
  • Providing clear and concise internal reporting for both customers and stakeholders
  • Taking part in internal audits and customer-facing meetings
  • Leading relationships with key suppliers and tracking their KPIs
  • Managing customer specifications and updating relevant internal databases
  • Acting as a product expert and supporting new product development
  • Coordinating sample preparation and benchmarking activities
  • Compiling monthly KPI reports for internal and external use
  • Performing ad hoc tasks that contribute to the team's overall success

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other computer applications
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for food and sustainability
  • A full, clean driving license (preferred)
