- Managing fundraising platforms and identifying top fundraisers to offer tailored support.
- Promoting additional activities and opportunities to maximise fundraising potential.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Developing and supporting new initiatives.
- Attending events and engaging with participants in person.
- Writing content for emails, social media, and website updates.
- Assisting with essential administration and reporting to help drive continuous improvement.
- A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Confident using databases and technology (experience with fundraising platforms is a plus).
- Creative and enthusiastic about developing new ideas to grow income streams.
- A team player with a passion for supporting others.
