The Person
The assistant meeting, events & reservations sales manager will have:
- Must have worked as a senior co-ordinator or assistant in a hotel
- Experience in event sales: from enquiries, to venue show rounds, to contacting key clients to drive business
- Experience in reservations: supporting the reservations team with daily task and enquiries and to create the right customer care attitude towards all clients whilst maximising client satisfaction
- To be organised, driven and work well with others in the department
- Sales target driven
- Professional, committed and well mannered
- As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Weybridge, having your own reliable transport is essential
