The Role – Internal Sales Executive
You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers, re-engage inactive accounts, and spot upselling opportunities — all within a proactive but consultative environment. This is sales with a softer, strategic approach rather than high-pressure cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage existing customer accounts

  • Revive dormant accounts and build strong client relationships

  • Upsell and cross-sell products tailored to client needs

  • Handle inbound inquiries and generate quotes

  • Maintain CRM systems and support stock purchasing as needed

  • Provide clear and actionable sales reports to management
