Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Setter/Operator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting and operating a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and mill/turn machines. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and mill/turn machines
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Change and adjust tooling as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
- Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in setting and operating CNC machines, with a focus on mill/turn machines
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
