Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 (Over 50,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish. You will act as the key point of contact between the customer and the workshop, delivering a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer bookings and service enquiries.
- Provide accurate service estimates and advise on additional services where applicable.
- Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicles, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting brand loyalty.

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
