Role: Experienced Service Advisor
- Location: Byfleet
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 or 07:30 - 17:30
- Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE
- Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00 on a 1 in 6 rota
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Handle customer queries and bookings with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate technical information effectively between customers and the workshop team.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service advisor role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- A passion for luxury vehicles and delivering first-class customer service.
