Profile
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in maintaining records and preparing reports.
