We are working with our client to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys a varied role.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner

Process and manage online orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Maintain and update pricing on internal systems, ensuring all data is accurate
-
Handle customer complaints with a calm, solutions-focused approach
-
Work with basic spreadsheets to manage and track data
-
Support the wider team with general administrative duties
-
Assist with invoice accuracy and processing - experience in this area is beneficial
Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
-
Confident communicator, both over the phone and via email
-
Comfortable using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications
-
Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
-
Experience with pricing, order processing, and invoicing is advantageous
-
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling customer complaints
Desirable Qualifications:

CIWM, COTC, WAMITAB, Health & Safety, or NEBOSH certifications
