We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Science Teacher to join our dedicated faculty at a school with excellent transport links. This role is ideal for those currently training to achieve QTS or those looking to develop their career in a supportive and successful environment. Our school is committed to helping students achieve their best at both GCSE and A Level within our thriving 6th form.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Deliver inspiring and informative Science lessons to students across a range of abilities.
  • Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential in Science.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and innovative teaching practices.
  • Participate in the school’s centralised behaviour system, focusing on teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Science Faculty and across the school to enhance the educational experience of our students.
  • Take part in and contribute to CPD sessions as part of our commitment to staff development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A passion for Science and education.
  • A positive attitude towards working with young people.
  • The ability to inspire and build dreams.
  • An optimistic outlook and the drive to strive for better.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or currently training to achieve this.
