Bramah HR are looking for a Fundraising Support Officer to join our clients dynamic team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting and inspiring fundraisers to reach their goals. From offering motivation and guidance to solving queries and building relationships, you’ll ensure every participant feels valued and supported. You’ll also collaborate with other teams to maximise impact and explore opportunities to diversify fundraising efforts.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing personalised advice, motivation, and support to participants.
  • Helping fundraisers succeed by resolving queries and celebrating their achievements.
  • Managing fundraising platforms and identifying top fundraisers to offer tailored support.
  • Promoting additional activities and opportunities to maximise fundraising potential.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing and supporting new initiatives.
  • Attending events and engaging with participants in person.
  • Writing content for emails, social media, and website updates.
  • Assisting with essential administration and reporting to help drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For 
  • A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Confident using databases and technology (experience with fundraising platforms is a plus).
  • Creative and enthusiastic about developing new ideas to grow income streams.
