Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Framework Support: Assist the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) in maintaining and improving the firm's compliance framework.
- File Audits & Risk Management: Conduct file audits and support risk management initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Accreditation Preparation: Support the preparation for Lexcel, ISO 9001, and Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation.
- Policy & Procedure Alignment: Ensure the firm's policies, procedures, and operational standards align with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in compliance within the legal sector is essential.
