A confident administrator with experience of scheduling engineers is needed for a vibrant and family owned company based in West Byfleet. This varied role will see you working in a fast paced busy role dealing with high end clients and a supportive team of engineers.
Duties:
- First point of contact for Clients and Engineers
- Managing the engineers schedules
- Prioritise emergencies and planned call outs
- Invoicing clients and quoting following engineer reports .
- Order parts and materials
- Develop a recording filing system
- Research suppliers to obtain best deals
- Ensure contacts are up to date
- Chase outstanding invoices
- Reconcile payments.
Skills:
- At least 2 years of administration experience
- Experience of scheduling engineers
- Intermediate user of MS Excel
- Proven experience of prioritising work
- Knowledge of Xero (desirable)
