Duties:

  • First point of contact for Clients and Engineers
  • Managing the engineers schedules
  • Prioritise emergencies and planned call outs
  • Invoicing clients and quoting following engineer reports .
  • Order parts and materials
  • Develop a recording filing system
  • Research suppliers to obtain best deals
  • Ensure contacts are up to date
  • Chase outstanding invoices
  • Reconcile payments.

Skills:

  • At least 2 years of administration experience
  • Experience of scheduling engineers
  • Intermediate user of MS Excel
  • Proven experience of prioritising work
  • Knowledge of Xero (desirable)
