?? What You'll Do as the Production Planning Manager:
- Shape and manage plans, driving success through strategic input from Purchasing, Customer Services, and Operations.
- Implement and oversee a Master Production Schedule, ensuring alignment with capacity limitations.
- Level load the executable sales plan within our MRP system, focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD) and performance improvements.
- Mentor the Planning Team, supporting ERP projects and driving business optimization.
?? What We're Looking For in a Production Planning Manager:
- Proven ability to lead and execute Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
- Deep understanding of MRP parameters and functionality with solid analytical skills.
- Skilled in anticipating production needs and solving practical problems under pressure.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated experience in works order control, traceability, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent business writing skills with the ability to influence and build relationships effectively.
