Our client, an established Manufacturer near West Byfleet, is seeking a versatile NPD and Compliance Lead to oversee the Product Development Life Cycle processes.
This permanent position offers a salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
The role involves managing New Product Development and implementation while liaising with various internal and external teams.
Candidates should have experience leading a team, a background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and prior experience in managing the development of new products.

Managing New Product Development and Implementation
Liaising with, and supporting a variety of internal and external teams including production, quality, design and assembly teams as well as suppliers and customers
Ensuring products are compliant with industry standards and regulations, evidencing this with the correct certifications

NPD and Compliance Lead Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience leading a team
Background within Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Prior experience of managing the implementation of development of New Products
