Looking for an experienced Project Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor) within circa 1hr from West Byfleet to join a stable and reputable main contractor.
This c20m t/o business has sites in areas such as Sunningdale, Winchester, Hurst Pier Point, Leatherhead, Epsom, Sunbury and Reigate.
Projects range from a new build swimming pool, RC frame car dealership, education refurbs and new build extensions from 100,000 (mostly their framework clients) to their largest at c8m
Framework down to 100k
What they are looking for:
A Quantity Surveyor who has worked with either Tier 1 Contractors (looking work for smaller) to regional and similar size building contractors.
Framework experience would be an advantage
A go-getter, with proactive approach to work who doesn't mind an office-based role with site visits.
Located within an hour of their offices nr West Byfleet
