Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our client's dynamic team. You'll be at the forefront of property lettings, helping tenants find their perfect home while delivering unparalleled service. You'll also be a key player in maintaining and growing our property portfolio.

Duties:

  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
  • Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
  • Market properties across various platforms to attract tenants
  • Provide top-notch customer service throughout the lettings process
  • Liaise between landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met
  • Keep accurate records of property listings and client communications
  • Conduct property valuations (depending on experience, and training is available)

Skills:

  • Minimum of 12 months of lettings experience
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings
  • Excellent communication skills to negotiate deals effectively
  • Proficiency in administration and handling paperwork
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, aiding in serving our diverse clientele
