Role Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join a fun and dynamic team on a six-week contract. In this role, you’ll support a busy event season with key administrative tasks and direct customer interaction. You’ll handle client inquiries, manage booking records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event preparation.

This position is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and ready to contribute to a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client bookings and assist with coordinating event details across the team.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer support over phone and email, answering inquiries and assisting with bookings.
  • Track and organise documentation to ensure up-to-date, accurate information for events.
  • Support the finance team with payment tracking and other ad hoc admin tasks as needed.

About You
The ideal candidate has a positive, bubbly personality and is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. You’re organised, reliable, and ready to bring energy to a collaborative team. Previous experience in an office or customer service role is a plus but not essential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
