Signet have partnered with a specialist within the social housing sector who is looking for a passionate Social Value Advisor based in West Byfleet. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to break into the social value industry and make a real difference in a forward thinking company. 

The successful candidate will not only be passionate about the subject, but ideally have an understanding of recognised frameworks (E.g. National TOMs) 

Main Responsibilities

- Developing and executing social value strategy alongside the operations team and stakeholders

- Ensuring alignment with the organisations overall CSR and ESG objectives

- Establishing measurable goals for performance and monitoring progress

- Work with sales and marketing to enhance offerings to new clients

- Relationship building with local communities, government agencies, clients and business partners

- Attending events with clients and act as the company social value champion

- Track, measure and report on the impact of initiatives using recognised frameworks (e.g. SORI, National TOMs)

- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

- Leading on training and raising awareness of social value across the organisation and external partners

About you 

- Familiarity with social value frameworks

- Ideally experience within social housing, but construction, public sector or FM considered

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A passion for social value and community development

- Full UK driving licence
