Vehicle Technician - Prestige Main Dealer
Location: West Byfleet
Salary: Up to 55,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30
Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturdays

The Role:

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

Perform routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles.
Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
Conduct high-voltage (HV) repairs and maintenance (if qualified).
Ensure all work meets manufacturer and customer standards.
Carry out pre-delivery inspections with precision.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Preferably HV trained or with a willingness to complete further EV/HV training.
Previous experience in a prestige/main dealer environment is advantageous.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset.
A valid UK driving license.
