- The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors and lead a small finance team.

- Candidates should have significant experience in a similar finance role, with a salary of £60,000 to £70,000 expected.
- Familiarity with Xero software is advantageous, and strong communication skills are essential for collaboration across departments.
Key aspects of the role will include; long-term business plans and strategy, identifying business risks and opportunities, financial reporting and communication, preparation and distribution of the company’s Statutory Accounts, Monthly Management Accounts, budgets and forecasts, compliance with and computation of the company’s tax returns, ensuring company compliance with legislation and payroll.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced accountant, with history of working in a similar role and happy to manage all aspects of day to day company finance. The ability and willingness to interact with other areas of the business is key.
Experience of Xero would be an advantage.
